All Beachbody orders should ship in 24 - 48 hours Sunday through Thursday. UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Storms and other acts of nature may also impact shipping schedules as do the quarterly inventories (especially year end inventory and the New Year's holiday).

All Beachbody products are shipped via UPS unless they are shipped to a PO Box.

UPS Ground your order will arrive in about 5 days from the date that it ships.

UPS 2-Day (not available for PO Boxes) means that your delivery time is about 2 - 3 business days from the date that the order was shipped and is the quickest way to get your order

If you ordered with a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be sent by DHL Smartmail and delivered by U.S. Mail. It will take about 5–7 days for delivery from the date that your order was shipped.

We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. (Your guarantee period may be more than 30 days if you ordered certain products during a special promotion). We encourage you to call your Coach for advice on how to get the most from your product. If for any reason you're unsatisfied, you can also give us a call—we're here to help you reach your fitness goals.

Money-back guarantees start at the date of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within money back guarantee period, so call us within that time period at 1 (800) 470-7870 Monday – Friday 6 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 7 AM – 3 PM (all times Pacific) for a return authorization number (RA #) and instructions. Remember that while the cost of product is refundable, shipping and handling is not.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):

1. Call us for an RA# at the number above. Write your RA# on your packing slip.
2. Circle the items you're returning on your packing slip.
3. Box the items you're returning with this packing slip, and attach a mailing label to the box.
4. Return the box using any carrier you wish (US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) Return postage is your responsibility. Our returns address is:

5. We recommend you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. Beachbody is not responsible for lost packages.
6. We process all returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow 30 days to see the refund on your monthly credit card statement.
7. Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.
