Getting Started On Your Fitness Routine; Where To Start??

Well it’s been a little while since my last entry. It’s been that part of my summer where I do my traveling and spending time with family. I have been to New York for a Family Reunion and to Louisiana visit family and take care of some home projects for grandmother. I am back now and let me tell you getting back into my routine hasn’t been easy. There are many distractions and I just have to keep reminding myself how far I have come and what my goals are.

Whether it is getting back into a routine after some time off or getting started for the first time on a fitness program it prove to be a daunting task. below is a great video from Team Beachbody which provides great advice.

Meeting Your Fitness Goal- Support System

Whether it’s getting into shape, starting a business venture, or just performing everyday tasks, having a good support system always leads to success. Let’s face it, you are not always up to the task everyday. We all have our bad days. These are the times when we need a solid support system. When it comes to fitness and weight-loss programs, this is what puts Team Beachbody and its team of Coaches shoulders above the rest.
When you are having motivational trouble, or you not quite seeing the results you would like and you are discouraged, as a Team Beachbody member you can always turn to your Coach for advice or support. He can lend that extra little word of advice or pick you up when you are down. The coach can also dissect your plan and see what is not working what you could possibly change to see better results. It’s always better working out with a friend than going at it alone.
When a person gets signed up with Team Beachbody they are assigned a Coach. The new member and the coach will then discuss the member’s goals and sets a plan in motion for meeting that goal. He/She will be there with the member every step of the way.
